The Annual General Meeting of Bactiguard Holding AB (publ) will be held on 11 May 2027 in Stockholm.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the 2027 Annual General Meeting must submit a written request no later than 23 March 2027. Matters submitted after this date may still be considered, provided that the request is received in sufficient time for the matter to be included in the notice convening the meeting.
