This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal data in connection with our Investor Relations activities and ir.bactiguard.com.
Bactiguard processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Personal data processed in our Investor Relations activities
Subscriptions and financial information
If you subscribe to press releases, financial reports or other company information via the website, we process the personal data needed to administer the subscription, such as your name and email address.
Processing is based on your consent.
Subscriptions and distribution of financial information are administered through services provided by Modular Finance AB.
Personal data is processed until you cancel your subscription or request that the data be deleted.
Analysts and investors
When you contact us – or when we contact you – as an analyst, investor, shareholder, nominee or representative of an owner, we may process information such as your name, title, contact details and information about your organisation.
Processing is based on Bactiguard’s legitimate interest in maintaining dialogue and relationships with capital market participants.
The data is processed for as long as the contact or relationship is relevant and thereafter for a limited period where necessary for documentation, follow-up or to protect Bactiguard’s legal interests.
Shareholders and general meetings
Bactiguard processes shareholder information to administer general meetings, prepare voting lists and minutes and fulfil its obligations under applicable companies and securities market legislation.
Personal data about shareholders may be obtained from Euroclear Sweden AB and other relevant sources to the extent required to administer shareholder-related matters and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
Processing is based on legal obligations, including under the Swedish Companies Act, and, to the extent the processing does not follow from such obligations, on Bactiguard’s legitimate interest in providing transparent information as a listed company.
Personal data may be shared with external legal advisers, general meeting administrators and other service providers that assist Bactiguard in administering general meetings and fulfilling the company’s obligations under applicable legislation.
Personal data is retained for as long as required by applicable legislation or otherwise necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
Separate information regarding personal data processing in connection with general meetings may also be provided for the relevant meeting.
Published IR and company information
Bactiguard publishes personal data on the Investor Relations website where required to fulfil legal or regulatory obligations or to provide relevant information to the capital market. This may, for example, include information about the Board of Directors, Executive Management, Nomination Committee, shareholders, general meetings and persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
Processing is based on applicable legal and regulatory requirements or, where relevant, on Bactiguard’s legitimate interest in providing transparent information to the capital market.
The information remains available for as long as required under applicable rules or otherwise necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
Operation, security and web analytics
When you visit ir.bactiguard.com, certain technical information may be processed so that the website can be provided, monitored and protected. This may include, for example, IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and similar information in server and security logs.
This processing is based on Bactiguard’s legitimate interest in operating, maintaining and protecting the website. The information is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
Plausible Analytics is used for web analytics. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers to track individual visitors.

Whistleblower
Bactiguard provides an external whistle blower service, accessible via the Investor Relations website. Reports can be submitted openly or anonymously.
If a report contains personal data, the data is processed to the extent necessary to receive, investigate and follow up the report and to fulfil Bactiguard’s legal obligations.
Processing is based on Bactiguard’s legal obligations under applicable whistle blowing legislation. Bactiguard’s external whistle-blower service is provided by ROPA Management AB.
Personal data in a whistle blowing case is not processed for longer than two years after the follow-up case has been closed. Personal data that is clearly not relevant to the handling of the case shall be deleted as soon as possible.

4. Suppliers and recipients
Bactiguard uses external suppliers for functions and services related to the Investor Relations website. These include:
- Modular Finance AB – Investor Relations services, subscriptions and distribution of financial information.
- Amandus Communication AB – operation, hosting, administration, development and support of the Investor Relations website.
- ROPA Management AB – provider of Bactiguard’s external whistle blower service.
- Providers of embedded content and functions on the website, such as video and webcasts.
Where a supplier processes personal data on Bactiguard’s behalf, the processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Personal data may also be disclosed to authorities or other parties where required by law.
5. Transfer outside the EU/EEA
Bactiguard and its suppliers primarily process personal data within the EU/EEA.
If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this takes place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and with appropriate safeguards where required.

Depending on the processing and applicable legislation, you may have the right to:
- access and correct your personal data,
- request erasure or restriction of processing,
